ALRADIX — TERMS AND POLICY (v1.0) 1. PURPOSE ALRADIX is an industrial radiographic inspection marketplace connecting clients, certified inspectors, and AI defect-detection models for weld and pressure-vessel radiographic inspection. 2. SERVICES - AI Inspection: automated defect detection on uploaded radiographic images. - Human Level II Inspection: review by a certified inspector via the DICOM viewer. - AI + Human Verification: AI analysis followed by human validation. - Level III Technical Service: procedure creation / validation by a Level III inspector. 3. USER ACCOUNTS Accounts are role-based (Client, Inspector, Admin). Users must provide accurate information. Inspectors must hold valid certification, verified by the administrator before listing on the marketplace. 4. PAYMENTS Service prices are displayed before inspection creation. Payments are processed via the configured payment methods. The administrator verifies proof-of-payment before releasing results. A platform commission applies to inspector payouts. 5. DATA & CONFIDENTIALITY Uploaded radiographic images and inspection data are stored on the platform. ALRADIX does not redistribute client images. Inspection results, certificates and reports are accessible to the client, the assigned inspector, and the administrator. 6. AI RESULTS AI-generated results are technical indicators and do not constitute final acceptance. Final acceptance requires human (Level II / Level III) validation where applicable. The development/testing heuristic analyzer is clearly labelled and must never be used for client acceptance. 7. INSPECTOR OBLIGATIONS Inspectors perform inspections according to the applicable standard and acceptance criteria. Findings, measurements, and decisions must be recorded honestly. Certificates and reports are generated from the inspector's recorded results. 8. COMPLAINTS Clients may submit complaints via the platform. The administrator reviews and responds to complaints. 9. AUDIT & TRACEABILITY All key actions (login, inspection creation, payment, AI run, human validation, report generation, delivery) are recorded in the audit log for traceability. 10. ACCEPTANCE By creating an account and using the platform, you accept these terms. The administrator may update this policy; the version and acceptance date are recorded per user.
